Kym Lew Nelson, CEO

Kym Lew Nelson founded The KLEW Company over 23 years ago to help organizations around the world transform procurement into a strategic driver of growth, innovation, and inclusion.

 Prior to launching KLEW, she spent nearly two decades at Procter & Gamble, holding senior leadership roles in both Global Purchasing and Brand Management. As VP/Director of Global Procurement, she led cross-functional teams, managed global supplier relationships, and delivered measurable impact through cost savings and business expansion. While at P&G and as part of KLEW, she has spent much of her career advancing supplier diversity—mentoring minority-owned businesses and building inclusive sourcing programs for Fortune 500 companies and major institutions.

 Kym has spent the last 5.5 years teaching negotiations at Harvard Business school, while continuing to run KLEW. She also brings a background in strategic consulting from Bain & Company

 She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from Stanford University. She is the proud mother of two daughters.
